Dr. Colgrove graduated from the Loma Linda University Medical School, which is one of the oldest med schools in California. After the completion of medical school, he embarked on an extensive internship and residency in general surgery at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Subsequently, Dr. Colgrove completed a residency in plastic surgery at Charles F. Kettering Hospital in Dayton.
